Working principle of the rotary dryer:
Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated. When the gas stream is preheated by some means where burner combustion gases do not enter the dryer, the dryer known as an indirect-heated type. Often, indirect heated dryers are used when product contamination is a concern.

Pellet making machine operating principle:
The machine adopts the couple roller. Between the rollers, there is certain gap. Using double output shaft reduction machine, makes the couple roller in phase and run face to face. One group of roller axle seat is fixed and another group of roller axle seat is slipped. With the support of the pressure of hydraulic cylinder, they are close to each other and the hydraulic system can has the action of compensation and protection. In the surface of the roller, the hole (arc trough) of many shapes and same size are arrayed. According to the different compression rate of the materials, choose the trough of one roller aiming at the trough of another roller, or peak to trough. Two rollers is arranged in horizon. The powder material on itself weight is compulsorily feed into the gap between two rollers over the rollers continuously and equally. When the material enters into the gripping area, it is gripped by the roller. With the continuous turning or the roller, the occupied space of the material is less and less and gradually compressed and reaches the max value of the formation pressure. Then, the pressure gradually reduces. The flakes due to its elasticity and self weight breaks off the arc trough, sieves.

This dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the requested moisture content for briquetting.
2. H GJ Series Twin Stove DryerTwin boiler dryer is a newly developed dryer with two hot air boilers, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -45%, it can reduce moisture from 20%-45% to 8-12% only one passage or one time.

Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:

The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

Work principle:
The wet materials is sent to hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then across hopper of the charging machine and through feeding pipeline into the charging part. The slope of feeding pipe should be bigger than the materials’ angle of crater so the materials can smoothly into Cooler. Cooler’s cylinder is a rotary cylinder which forms a slightly slop with the horizontal line. The materials are put from a higher side; heat-carrying agent enters from a lower side, so forms countercurrent contact with materials. Sometimes, heat-carrying agent and materials also can flow into the cylinder together. With the rotating of cylinder, the materials move to a lower end by gravity. In the moving ahead process, Wet materials in the cylinder body directly or indirectly obtained the heat form the heat-carrying agent, made the wet materials drier, and then the dry material is sent out at discharging head through belt conveyor or screw conveyor. There is a shoveling plate in the cylinder body. It is used for putting up the materials then put down, so the contact surface between materials and flow become bigger, so that improve cooling rate and promote materials move ahead. Generally, the cooler is divided into cold air etc. After the heat-carrying agent crossed the cooler, it should through the cyclone dust separation for collecting the materials which is in the gas. operating principle:
The machine adopts the couple roller. Between the rollers, there is certain gap. Using double output shaft reduction machine, makes the couple roller in phase and run face to face. One group of roller axle seat is fixed and another group of roller axle seat is slipped. With the support of the pressure of hydraulic cylinder, they are close to each other and the hydraulic system can has the action of compensation and protection. In the surface of the roller, the hole (arc trough) of many shapes and same size are arrayed. According to the different compression rate of the materials, choose the trough of one roller aiming at the trough of another roller, or peak to trough. Two rollers is arranged in horizon. The powder material on itself weight is compulsorily feed into the gap between two rollers over the rollers continuously and equally. When the material enters into the gripping area, it is gripped by the roller. With the continuous turning or the roller, the occupied space of the material is less and less and gradually compressed and reaches the max value of the formation pressure. Then, the pressure gradually reduces. The flakes due to its elasticity and self weight breaks off the arc trough, and enter into the cutting and granulation device and sieves into the grain.
