The rotary dryer is a type of industrial dryer employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by concrete columns or steel beams. The dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing throu gh the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated. When the gas stream is preheated by some means where burner combustion gases do not enter the dryer, the dryer known as an indirect-heated type. Often, indirect heated dryers are used when product contamination is a concern.

Pellet making machine operating principle:
The machine adopts the couple roller. Between the rollers, there is certain gap. Using double output shaft reduction machine, makes the couple roller in phase and run face to face. One group of roller axle seat is fixed and another group of roller axle seat is slipped. With the support of the pressure of hydraulic cylinder, they are close to each other and the hydraulic system can has the action of compensation and protection. In the surface of the roller, the hole (arc trough) of many shapes and same size are arrayed. According to the different compression rate of the materials, choose the trough of one roller aiming at the trough of another roller, or peak to trough. Two rollers is arranged in horizon. The powder material on itself weight is compulsorily feed into the gap between two rollers over the rollers continuously and equally. When the material enters into the gripping area, it is gripped by the roller. With the continuous turning or the roller, the occupied space of the material is less and less and gradually compressed and reaches the max value of the formation pressure. Then, the pressure gradually reduces. The flakes due to its elasticity and self weight breaks off the arc trough, sieves.

Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:
The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

operating principle:
The machine adopts the couple roller. Between the rollers, there is certain gap. Using double output shaft reduction machine, makes the couple roller in phase and run face to face. One group of roller axle seat is fixed and another group of roller axle seat is slipped. With the support of the pressure of hydraulic cylinder, they are close to each other and the hydraulic system can has the action of compensation and protection. In the surface of the roller, the hole (arc trough) of many shapes and same size are arrayed. According to the different compression rate of the materials, choose the trough of one roller aiming at the trough of another roller, or peak to trough. Two rollers is arranged in horizon. The powder material on itself weight is compulsorily feed into the gap between two rollers over the rollers continuously and equally. When the material enters into the gripping area, it is gripped by the roller. With the continuous turning or the roller, the occupied space of the material is less and less and gradually compressed and reaches the max value of the formation pressure. Then, the pressure gradually reduces. The flakes due to its elasticity and self weight breaks off the arc trough, and enter into the cutting and granulation device and sieves into the grain.
